established in March 2004 in Shanghai Jiading National High
Tech. Park, is specialized in manufacturing automobile interior
decoration parts with integration of design and developments.
Saga Company owns advanced equipments for injection, extrusion
molding and three-dimensional flocking. Saga is able to develop
the new products for the automobile models in order to meet the
special demands of our customers. Saga Company offers a wide
range of high quality extruded, plastic injected and flocked
products. In 2005, it began to develop and produce auto interior
functional parts such as the motion control parts for grab
handles and cupholders. With the goals of high quality, customer
satisfaction and technical innovation, Saga Company is willing
to establish a long-term strategic partnership with customers
and suppliers as well.
The products provided by Saga Company are now
wildly used in the cars produced by many famous OEM’s. The
typical car models include BMW 5 Series, Audi A6/A4, VW Malton,
Sagitar, Bora, Passat, Touran, Polo and GM Cadlic, Park Avenue.
Saga Company was QS9000 certified in 2005 and is
now implementing TS16949 quality system. It can meet the strict
quality standards from the domestic and foreign automobile
industry. The R&D and Engineers use the most advanced technology
such as CAD/CAE, rapid prototyping and computer aided laboratory
testing to optimize the products design, which allows Saga to do
simultaneous developing with OEM’s for the new car models.
